Delete the second paragraph under the subhead, Asynchronous Event Handling, and add the following sentance as the last sentance of the first paragraph under that subhead.

Also, methods on AsyncEvent are provided to manage the set of instances of AsyncEventHandler associated with the instance of AsyncEvent.
