Page 17 third line change "what" to "the" So it becomes

"defines the minimum semantics for these areas,  other semantics, and APIs"

this paragraph:  Greg will propose an expanded version of the first paragraph in the
conformance chapter.  Maybe it should be expanded a bit from what it is.
